You don’t have to be wealthy or famous to have a personal handyman anymore!  You just have to be busy! 

If you are like many people, you are constantly on the go and there just isn’t enough time to get everything done.  Well, what exactly is your time worth?  I am talking about your loose door knob and that squeaky kitchen cabinet that has been driving you nuts, not to mention the closet door that keeps sliding off the track!  Plus, this morning I know your light bulb in the bathroom burnt out and there aren’t any more in the house to replace it with.  NOW, you have to go to the store! 

Also, when was the last time you replaced your furnace filter?  Replacing your furnace filter monthly will prolong the life of your furnace and will also save you money on your energy bills.  Plus, it will help those of you with allergies!  Speaking of monthly, have you checked your smoke detectors or fire extinguishers recently?  I don’t have to tell you the dangers if those fail, they are pretty self explanatory.
