Every Visit

      Ø       1 Monthly Visit

Ø       House Maintenance Bundle

-          Change furnace filters monthly (filter included)

-          Replace all burnt out light bulbs*

-          Oil garage door track

-          Clean chimney in the fall

-          Check all railings and grab bars for loosened screws

Ø       Home Safety Check Bundle

-          Check/replace batteries in fire/smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detectors.

-          Recharge fire extinguishers annually

-          Visual inspection of exhaust venting systems

-          General Safety inspection of premises including windows, doors, and bushes.

-          Check water heater and a/c unit for leaks

-          Repair leaking faucets

-          Unclog drains in sinks showers and toilets

-          Replace shower head or sink faucets

-          Service or repair all doors that are sticking, squeaking, or off tracks.
